Note Talker Contest!
Note Talkers and MindManger have teamed up to offer one terrific contest that I have been eagerly looking forward to since the hint was dropped to me to few days back. I didn't want to share too much of the details then as it's not my contest to disclose but the details have been finalized and thus I am proud to announce the Note Talker / MindManager Contest!I love MindMangaer and use it every day so this contest is especially exciting for me and I plan to submit my entries as soon as I can. I have to go over all the official details to see if I have to change or alter any of my maps before I submit them but none the less I think I have so pretty good ideas. There are four categories and there will be one winner for each.
The first category is for best use of MindManger for Note Taking. These may include things like my Anatomy and Microbiology MindManager maps that I have shared. I also have a bunch more so its only a mater of choosing the best ones to submit in this case.
The second category is for best expression of "What's on your Mind?" I got an early glimpse at the advertising for the new student campaign and this is the theme they are going with. So start thinking about what your thinking about! This can be a very creative category and I think should really represent what occurs in our lives everyday! Through in some graphics and let the world know what your thinking!
The third category is for best Screencast. This included screencasts demonstrating the use of MindManger. I and Tracy among others have provided some very nice examples that should get you motivated to make your very own production demonstrating MindManger. Again go wild, get creative and put on a show that make everyone stop and think!
The fourth category is Judge's Choice. So here anything is possible as long as the Judge's like it! Again creativity and original thinking will be key factors here.
And maybe the most rewarding part of the contest if you win is the prizes. I really tip my hat to the guys at Note Talkers, MindManger and the other sponsors that have come together or offer some of the greatest packages around! A prize package of just under $1200 and including things like a full licenses to programs and tools like MindManger, Camtasia, VisualBubble.com, MindSystems KnowledgeLink Pro, MindManuals DecisionMill, and Gyronix ResultsManager Pro should have just about everyone scratching their brain looking to come up with some creative results.
This contest is amazing and everyone should enter. It really gives you a change to play around with MindManger as well as learn what it is all about if your new to the program. Even if you don't win any prizes I guarantee you that the knowledge acquired about such a terrific program will relieve the pain of not winning a little bit.

It took us about a month to come up with the contest from conception to publishing. A LOT of work goes into a contest. We had no idea.
Don't forget, any of the prizes are transferable to a friend in case you already have them.

I can only imagine the amount of time and effort required to create such a terrific contest. It has to be hard work getting everyone togther, making the whole thing official and setting up the categories and rules. I think I can speak for everyone when I say I am glad you did!
Because you worked so hard to offer all of us the chance at some great prizes I hope that the rest of us work just as hard to submit our entries!
