Take Note Of—And Notes On—These Tablet PCs

It is apparent that Tablet PCs are starting to emerge into the mainstream and find their way into the hands of busy note takers! I no longer get those puzzeled looks or hard stares of curiosity. A screen that rotates and flips is no longer a great spectacle and the number of Tablet PCs I see on the street is increasing all the time!

The gap in performance and price has been narrowed and a convertible tablet is no longer a premium. There are many new and exciting models and with Ultimate versions of Vista having Tablet PC features built right the door is wide open for even more Tablet PC users.

PC Mag was slow to react to the Tablet PC initially but I think they are starting to realize the potential they just might have. They have another great wrap of some new models you might want to check out and for the most part seem to represent them accurately.

I am also surprised to see my very own Lenovo X41 Tablet PC still holding on to its crown which I question with availability of so many other new models. Over a year old now I am still loving my X41 but there is definetly a burning desire for a Core 2 Duo and a faster hard drive! Hopefully when I land that job next spring I'll be able to replace my current tablet friend with a snazzier Vista equipped version!
